5 tips for Certificate of Excellence success

Reviews are the first thing travelers judge you on. They’re the most essential part of my business.

A breakfast basket makes them feel welcome. They might not eat every scrap in it, but it makes them feel they’re getting value for money.

Joy Raymond, UK

Joy leaves a breakfast basket for her guests and this little welcome treat is mentioned over and over in her reviews. Getting consistently excellent reviews means you’re on the way to achieving the Certificate of Excellence..

Our success is based on customer service, ensuring we reply quickly and answer guests’ questions. We also try to go that extra mile by anticipating any follow-up questions as well.

Gavin Price

Responding consistently is another factor which determines who receives a Certificate. Owners providing a smooth booking experience and fantastic customer service deserve to be rewarded.

Craig Mackay
